Transaction ID # - is a 11 digit number found in your invoice. This number is unique to every transaction and you can use it to check your transaction status online where you can see updates to your transaction, payment instructions, etc. Please note that the Transaction ID # is issued to you ONLY after you register and start a transaction.

Invoice Number - usually is the Transaction ID # with a random generated prefix. You can use the invoice number when you contact our Customer Support with questions.

If you shipped with MCM Logistics, you'll get point-by-point tracking details. If you used another service, you'll see when it went out for delivery.

Notice: MCM Logistics authorizes you to use MCM Logistics tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to MCM Logistics for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of MCM Logistics tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
